*Attendees will pick up a conference bag at the AREA desk when they check-in. We accept samples, products, coupons,discounts notices and the like. Items must arrive at NCTC no earlier than October 17 and be available no later than October 19. Deliveries outside those dates can not be accepted. Send items Attn: Beth Ann Ring – AREA Conference,National Conservation Training Center, 698 Conservation Way, Shepherdstown, WV 25443 (304.876.1600). Please provide 150 of each item. Include a brief description of items being donated.
Silent Auction Items – Deliver to Registration Table
*Your silent auction donations support student scholarships, our future conservationists. Bring items that travel well, or be prepared to ship items to winner. Bring your items to the AREA registration table when you arrive at NCTC.
